I don’t eat meat always (of any kind), not for fashion lately as can you see everywhere, but because I always hated it since I was a child, I don’t drink milk and sweets (I don’t like sugar taste), a diet that I feel much healthier for me.
My diet is typically Mediterranean, fish, cheese, eggs, legumes, vegetables, fruit, pasta, rice … with the addition of soy and oriental products that I love very much.
But some “sweet” sin is allow without sense of guilt.
You can give up chocolate? Maybe you can… but why to do it?
Non mangio carne da sempre (di qualsiasi tipo), non per moda come ultimamente si vede ovunque, ma perchè l’ho sempre detestata fin da bambina, non bevo latte e non mangio dolci (non mi piace il sapore dello zucchero), un’alimentazione che io  ritengo per me molto più sana.
La mia dieta è tipicamente mediterranea, pesce, formaggi, uova, legumi, verdure, frutta, pasta, riso… con l’aggiunta di prodotti di soja e orientali che amo molto.
Però qualche peccato “dolce” 
me lo concedo volentieri
Si può rinunciare al cioccolato? Si forse si può… ma perchè farlo?
